For National Canadian Film Day, we co-hosted a screening of Blood Quantum by Jeff Barnaby with Eastern Edge Gallery! A huge thanks to REEL CANADA for providing us with the film. The ninth annual National Canadian Film Day (NCFD), presented by REEL CANADA, took place on Wednesday, April 20, 2022! Hundreds of free screenings of Canadian films took place from coast to coast to coast and around the world. This year’s spotlight, Celebrating Indigenous Voices, was presented in association with the ImagineNATIVE Film and Media Arts Festival and highlighted Indigenous-made films spanning a broad spectrum of decades and genres.
