About the event

Experience a refreshing shift in the way that you think out loud and nudge your creativity.  The large studio space and guided conversation allows you to consider a singular focus: what makes you-you, and how creativity has (or hasn't) given you a pathway for self-care.

You will learn introductory printmaking techniques (sketching, transfer, carving, inking, printing) while simultaneously noticing/practicing mindfulness.  The beginning of each of the four sessions will have a unique wellness focus and guided discussion. What you are bringing and taking from each session will be top of mind for the hands-on component, and each session ends with a group reflection.

A creativity goal is much further than finishing with a print, it is the engaging in an activity which gives focus and personal fulfillment.
