Workshop Overview: 

Visiting Artist, Kelsey Dawn Pearson was raised fishing freshwater lakes and rivers in South-Eastern Ontario. They spent summers trolling for walleye and pike with their father, or casting from their best friend’s dock, competing for the biggest channel cat in the river. As an adult, they started paddling their kayak into heavier weeds to jig for largemouth bass. As an artist, they are now looking for ways to play with materials and explore ancestral skills to make their own baits.
