About the event

Visiting Artist, Kelsey Dawn Pearson has been reflecting on their personal and ancestral connection to fishing. As part of this exploration, they are working on a zine that features femme and queer stories around fishing practices, both commercial and recreational. Kelsey will be hosting an afternoon of storytelling at St. Michael’s Printshop. They would like to invite anyone who identifies as female or part of the LGBTQIA2S+ community who would like to share a story about their relation to fishing. This is an informal meet-up. Snacks will be provided!
