Join artist Kate Baillies for a two day intaglio workshop with a focus on several techniques to create line tone and texture etching with Baldwin Intaglio Ground (B.I.G.).
B.I.G. Ground is a non-toxic alternative to traditional liquid hard ground. Assisting Andrew Baldwin during two workshops in 2025, as well as taking a workshop with Andrew at Trefeglwys Studio in Wales in 2023, Kate picked up tips and insights using B.I.G. While this workshop can be tailored to any level of etching experience, some etching experience is beneficial for participation.
With 40 years of experience as a printmaker, Kate is a dedicated and passionate etcher!
